Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, undergo background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Backgrounds with qualified histories will be considered as per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following security procedures and policy.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the site including interiors and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel and visitors.
• Observe and report hazards or policy violations to deter unauthorized activity.
