• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery drivers, and employees by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and records related to patrols and security concerns.
