Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Branch Flex Patrol Driver for Maitland, FL. The role offers 30–40 hours per week with a variable schedule and opportunities for growth, and includes on‑the‑job training in a variety of sites.

Pay rate is $18.24 per hour. Candidates should be adaptable, dependable, and capable of handling last‑minute scheduling. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
