Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across various industries. You will use an exclusive shift-pickup platform to view and claim shifts based on availability, building a schedule that fits your needs while gaining diverse site experience.

The role may require irregular shifts with little advance notice and offers opportunities for growth. Pay rate is $18.74 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed) and licensed as required by state/local laws.
• No prior experience required.
• Be able to operate radio/console and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in a vehicle.
• Monitor entrances/exits and permit authorized access.
• Observe and report irregular or suspicious conditions; respond to emergencies.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
