Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, building a schedule that fits your needs while gaining site experience.

You may be called to work irregular shifts with little notice. The role offers hands-on experience, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling in a dynamic, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required by Allied Universal policy.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Observe and report unusual conditions; respond to incidents.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department when needed.
• Control entry and monitor entrances/exits to protect property.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports and logs.
