Job summary

EKG Security, Inc in New London, NC is seeking a Security Flex Officer to provide unarmed protection across client sites and deliver outstanding customer service. You will perform fixed and roving patrols, observe and report, and maintain a professional presence at all times.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver\'s license, and prior security or military/LEO experience, with strong English communication and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and meet state age requirements.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver\'s license and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide fixed and roving patrol security for client sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a professional ambassador.
• Observe, deter and report incidents and daily activities.
• Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations.
• Read and write detailed incident reports and daily activities.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations and standards with professionalism.
