Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Branch Flex Officer to flex across sites in Lee and Collier Counties. The role supports multiple industries and uses a shift-pickup platform to tailor your schedule.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, investigate incidents, and assist customers. Requirements include a HS diploma or 2+ years security experience, background check, drug screen, and a minimum age of 21.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be 21 years old (or 18+ depending on state).
• Able to pass motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary.
