Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Branch Flex Officer in Florida who can flex to multiple sites across Lee and Collier Counties. The role pays $20.00 per hour and requires a flexible schedule, travel capability, and 2+ years security experience or equivalent.

You must be at least 21 (or 18 with some states) and pass background and motor vehicle checks. The Security Professional Branch Flex Officer will support diverse clients across healthcare, education, finance, and more, using our shift-pickup

Qualifications

• Must maintain reliability and adapt to different post assignments.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Teamwork and professional interaction with clients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft and ensure compliant removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
