Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Customer service background preferred; prior security/law enforcement/military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct access control at security entrances/exits.
• Perform patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in case of accidents or investigations.
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues on site.
• Provide directions and information; implement barriers or signage as required.
