Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard - Perimeter Access Control - Flex to serve clients across industries in Arizona. You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents using access-control and reporting tools.

The role offers flexible shifts via a platform to claim openings based on availability. The position requires basic security experience, a valid drivers license, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radios and access-control systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in emergencies.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Maintain written logs and incident reports as required.
