Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Mesa, AZ. The role involves evaluating students, creating and implementing IEP-aligned goals, and delivering direct therapy with a flexible schedule on an independent contractor basis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• Valid Arizona Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist License required.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students through screenings and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and EIP goals.
• Provide direct therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social participation.
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and contribute to IEP meetings.
