Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Phoenix, AZ. This Independent Contractor role offers 3-5 days per week with a flexible schedule and weekly compensation.

You will assess and diagnose speech and language disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers and families to support students' success. Documentation and participation in IEPs are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid Arizona Dept of Education SLP License.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP credential.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students through screenings and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals to address each student's unique communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy to students with speech or language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language intervention.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social participation in the school environment.
• Maintain thorough documentation, track student progress, and contribute to IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team activities.
