Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support students at elementary through high school campuses near Kansas City, MO. This full-time, contract role spans a leave from August 24 through November 20, offering flexible scheduling within the school day and close collaboration with supervising OT and school staff.

You will deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of about 32 students per week, totaling roughly 800 minutes, with the autonomy to tailor

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in Missouri is required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-site responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to supporting diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload across assigned school sites.
• Coordinate with school staff and supervising OT to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Document services and maintain compliance with IEPs and district protocols.
• Develop and adjust therapy schedules to deliver ~800 minutes weekly.
• Collaborate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed.
