Job summary

Soliant Health in the Kansas City, MO area seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a district contract.

You will deliver direct services to about 32 students weekly across multiple sites, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers while meeting weekly therapy minutes. Missouri license required; school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) or COTA license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to assigned students.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure all students on caseload are served each week, meeting required therapy minutes.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate goals into the classroom.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and district requirements.
