Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support school teams in Bemidji, MN. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to create measurable progress for students.

The role emphasizes flexible, on-site collaboration with educators and staff, delivering data-driven behavioral support and ensuring timely documentation in line with district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification.
• Experience conducting FBAs in school settings.
• Experience developing BIPs in school-based settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behaviour management.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to school needs.
• Background check ( DOJ/FBI or equivalent ) clearance required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in school settings to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized, data-driven BIPs aligned with student needs and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and service providers to implement strategies.
• Provide consultation and coaching to staff to ensure fidelity of BIP implementation.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert and contribute to goal development.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation per district and state guidelines.
