Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support school teams in Bemidji, MN. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to create measurable progress for students.

The role emphasizes flexible, on-site collaboration with educators and staff, delivering data-driven behavioral support and ensuring timely documentation in line with district guidelines.

Competenze

• Must hold active BCBA certification.
• Experience conducting FBAs in school settings.
• Experience developing BIPs in school-based settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behaviour management.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to school needs.
• Background check ( DOJ/FBI or equivalent ) clearance required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Pay Range: $45-55/Hour

Up to $2500 Placement & Completion Bonus | | 26/27 School Year | $45-55/Hour | Full-Time| Bemidji, MN.| Hold a current BACB certification and an LBA license through the Minnesota Board of Psychology

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers to implement effective behaviour strategies
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff to ensure fidelity of BIP implementation
• Collect, analyse, and interpret behavioural data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioural expert and contribute to goal development and progress reporting
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Active Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school-based settings
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behaviour management strategies
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to school needs
• Department of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance)
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred

• Experience supporting K-12 students with diverse behavioural needs
• Familiarity with Minnesota special education regulations
• Strong consultation and staff training experience
