Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a behavioral expert in Bemidji, MN. You will conduct FBAs and develop BIPs to support students with challenging behaviors, working with school teams to implement evidence-based strategies.

You will lead data collection and analysis, participate in IEP planning, and provide coaching to staff while ensuring compliant documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and behavior management.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in school settings to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop data-driven BIPs aligned with student needs and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers to implement strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert and contribute to goals and progress reporting.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation per district/state/federal guidelines.
