Lumino ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based work in the Tampa, FL area. The role offers flexible hours, engagement in assessments, diagnostics, and leadership activities, with hourly pay and strong support from a clinical director.

You will engage with schools and families to deliver high-quality ABA services across Tampa private schools and nearby homes. The position emphasizes collaboration with a skilled clinical team, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience; newly certified BCBAs welcome.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as a BCBA while being team-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to school and home-based client locations.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).
