Lumino ABA LLC in Orlando seeks a BCBA to support school- and home-based clients, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience preferred (newly certified welcome).
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to school and home-based locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain individualized BIPs.
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development.
• Optional: participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS).
