Lumino ABA LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Tampa, FL team with a flexible school-based schedule. You will oversee assessments, BIPs, and supervise RBTs, while collaborating with schools and families to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The role offers hourly pay, access to clinical director mentorship, and opportunities to participate in diagnostics and assessments in a supportive, growing practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Medicaid license required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred (newly certified welcome).
• Strong ABA knowledge and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments.
• Develop and maintain Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain session notes and clinical documentation.
• Participate in onboarding and staff training.
• Optional: participate in diagnostic assessments (CARS, ADOS).
