Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Parking Enforcement Representative in Whittier, CA to patrol and enforce parking regulations while providing excellent public service.

The role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position involves issuing notices, documenting violations with handheld devices, and collaborating with supervisors and client representatives.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (if driving is required).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult interactions.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Mansioni

• Patrol assigned parking lots, garages, and designated areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor parking activity and ensure compliance with posted rules and regulations.
• Issue warnings, citations, or violation notices per procedures.
• Document parking violations using handheld devices or reporting systems.
• Provide directions, information, and customer assistance to visitors, employees, and community members.
• Respond to parking-related concerns, complaints, and inquiries professionally.
• Report hazardous conditions, maintenance issues, abandoned vehicles, or suspicious activity.
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports as required.
• Maintain accurate records of enforcement actions and interactions.
• Collaborate with supervisors, operations personnel, and client representatives regarding parking concerns.
• Support special events, traffic control initiatives, and parking management activities when assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.
