Position Title: Unarmed Parking Enforcement Representative

Department: Parking Enforcement Operations

Reports To: Site Supervisor / Account Manager

Position Summary

The Unarmed Parking Enforcement Representative is responsible for enforcing parking regulations, monitoring parking facilities, and promoting compliance with established parking policies. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with the public while maintaining a visible presence throughout assigned parking areas.

Representatives will conduct routine patrols, issue parking notices when necessary, document parking violations, and provide information and assistance to customers. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous parking enforcement, security, customer service, transportation, or public-facing experience.
  • Experience using citation management systems, mobile applications, or handheld devices.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
Work Environment

This position is primarily performed outdoors and may require extensive walking throughout parking facilities, lots, garages, and surrounding areas. Employees must maintain a professional appearance and positively represent the organization while interacting with the public.
