Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Capable of reading, writing and conversing clearly in English.
• Customer-focused with good telephone skills.
• Ability to obtain required state certification and licensing.
• Minimum one year security officer experience; law enforcement or military experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard Inter-Con personnel, assets and property.
• Identify authorized personnel entering Bank buildings or departments.
• Screen visitors, vendors and others by confirming authorization.
• Ensure passes accompany personnel leaving with equipment or packages.
• Respond to emergencies and take corrective action as directed by supervisors.
• Enforce post orders and general orders.
• Assist customers, employees, visitors and emergency responders as required.
• Patrol Bank premises.
• Prepare incident reports detailing actions taken to address conditions or emergencies.
