Cheba Hut | Little Rock is seeking a Crew Member to join our team. You will deliver authentic, friendly service, assist guests with menu recommendations, and help maintain a fast-paced, clean front- and back-of-house environment.

We value energy, consistency, and respect for the process. Must be at least 18 years old and ready to contribute to a playful, non-traditional “Toasted” atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Food handling certification required.
• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest experience and interaction with customers.
• Deliver authentic, genuine interactions at the register, line, and lobby.
• Prioritize “interaction over the transaction” in all customer exchanges.
• Make confident menu recommendations to guests.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
