Job summary

Cheba Hut is seeking a Crew Member to be the face of the shop, craft toasted subs, and provide excellent customer service. You will work 15–40 hours per week with shifts that include evenings and weekends, while upholding Cheba Hut standards and safety guidelines.

You’ll be part of a high-energy team, learn as you grow, and have opportunities for advancement to lead roles as the shop expands.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 15–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer questions.
• Take payments and handle cash following procedures.
• Prepare and serve food to Cheba Hut standards with care.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety rules.
• Contribute to a positive shop environment and assist teammates.
