Job summary

DashMart, a local fulfillment center operated by DoorDash, is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate in Lenexa, KS. You will pick and pack orders via the app, manage inventory and shelf life, and keep the warehouse organized. You’ll review substitutions with customers to ensure satisfaction and safety.

Shifts occur on a variable schedule with at least one 4-hour shift every two weeks; two shifts monthly are required. Onboarding includes a training shift within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app, packing them, and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables, and shelf-life control.
• Warehouse organization and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight shoppers.
