Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate to support store leadership in creating a stylish, customer-first experience. You will promote product knowledge, assist customers with selections, and uphold inventory and visual standards across in-store and online offerings.

Demonstrating MAPS customer service, you’ll resolve issues, enroll shoppers in rewards programs, and build lasting client relationships through Wardrobing and ongoing communication. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to company technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture.
• Drive sales by using product knowledge and assisting customers with selections.
• Maintain pricing, promotions, and visual standards; assist with store sets and floor plan.
• Deliver MAPS customer service, resolve concerns, and sign up clients for rewards.
• Build client relationships through clienteling and wardrobing; handle register duties efficiently.
• Participate in replenishment, boutique cleanliness, and visual directives as directed.
