Job summary

Pandora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Indianapolis, IN to support the Store Manager and drive in-store sales. You will immerse in brand culture, coach the team, engage customers on the floor, and ensure brand standards on merchandising and operations.

You have at least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to connect with customers and team members. This role offers base pay plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to coach and inspire a sales team to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities
