Job summary

Family Home Health Network is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver therapy services for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a home health setting in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities include evaluation, diagnosis, and training for patients, families and caregivers. A degree in speech pathology and IL license are required, with CPR and a valid IL driver's license; Home Care Home Base experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois license as a Speech Pathologist.
• CPR certification currently active.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Home Care Home Base experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients including evaluation and diagnosing speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders.
• Educate and train patients, families and caregivers.

Education

Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

CPR certification

Valid Illinois driver’s license
