Job summary

InHome Therapy in Chicago is seeking licensed home care Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago. You will deliver in-home speech therapy, assess communication, cognition, and swallowing, and develop individualized goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule, stable caseload, mileage reimbursement, and clinical support. Compensation includes a per-visit rate with opportunities for training, mentorship, and career growth

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adults and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to set individualized goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
