Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist in Sarasota, FL, to provide 1:1 patient care and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities include evaluations, plan adjustments, coordinating with family and treatment team, and ongoing progress updates. A Master’s in SLP, FL licensure, CCC-SSP, CPR and TB screening are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improve outcomes.
