Job summary

Adoration Outpatient Health in Sarasota, FL is expanding and seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide 1:1, patient-centered evaluations and therapy in geriatric/outpatient settings. You will develop treatment plans, perform re-assessments, and collaborate with the care team to improve communication and swallowing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred or required.
• Current state license to practice speech-language pathology.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in team meetings.
• Discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and education resources.
