Job summary

Kaskaid Hospitality is seeking a restaurant server to provide attentive table service for 3–6 guests per shift, verify guests’ ages for alcohol, and maintain a smooth dining experience. You will ring orders, manage payments, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced team setting.

Work is hourly with hours varying; operation runs seven days a week with shifts as early as 9 AM and as late as 2 AM, depending on business needs. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Alcohol service certification a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling money and giving correct change.
• Basic reading and computer skills required for daily operations.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and standard drink recipes.

Responsibilities

• Serve 3–6 tables as directed by management.
• Verify guests' ages for alcohol service.
• Know restaurant food and beverage prep basics.
• Ring orders on a POS/computer system.
• Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Provide proactive guest assistance and work as part of a team.
• Accept various payment methods and make change.
• Help prevent over-service and arrange transportation if needed.
• Maintain table cleanliness and side-work; reset tables as needed.
• Report to work neatly in uniform with good hygiene.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Seasonal workload depending on show traffic.
