Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Site Merchandising Brand Manager to develop online merchandising strategies and lead their execution to enhance the customer experience and meet business goals. This role works closely with buying, planning, marketing, and other site merchandising teams.

You will lead merchandising strategies for navigation, search, content, and campaigns, analyze behavior across devices, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve sales, margin, and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of direct experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, strategic, and technical thinking, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of merchandising strategies for site navigation, search, assortment layout, content, and enhancements.
• Analyze customer behavior across devices and recommend actions to improve sales, margin, and conversion.
• Partner with buying and planning teams to optimize business opportunities.
• Plan and implement on-site campaigns, and support SEO, search, and affiliate initiatives.
• Collaborate with site merchandising peers to maintain a consistent customer experience.
