Job summary

The position requires a MA RN license and 3–5 years’ community health experience with adults with developmental disabilities. The role includes staff training on protocols, medical consultations, MAP trainings, audits, and visits to homes and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 3–5 years’ experience in a community health setting; preferably with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Certified MAP Trainer is a plus but training is also available.
• Successful candidates will pass a background check including references, CORI, and fingerprinting.
• A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must.

Responsibilities

• Staff training on specific treatment protocols.
• Consultation for individual medical needs.
• Perform MAP trainings and recertifications.
• Perform MAP and medical file audits.
• Residential home and hospitalization visits as needed.
• Attend administrative meetings and complete related paperwork.
