Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep merchandise organized. You’ll be at the heart of the action, greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them to products while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor.

The role requires a friendly communicator aged 16 or older, flexible availability, comfort with technology including cash registers, and the ability to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• On-the-job training provides procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities
