Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking Sales Associates to provide world class service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, learn needs, explain features, and suggest add-ons to grow sales while maintaining merchandising standards.

As a TPS Champion, you’ll model the G.U.E.S.T. service approach, process transactions at the POS, stock shelves, keep the floor clean, and contribute to a positive, professional store culture. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class service using the G.U.E.S.T. approach.
• Greet customers warmly and identify needs.
• Explain product features and upsell where appropriate.
• Ring up sales accurately at the POS and process transactions.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness.
