Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Model established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and manage cash handling per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink-reduction goals.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
