Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess nutrition needs, develop and document care plans in the EMR, and provide education to residents, families, and staff to support optimal health outcomes.
The role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexible options and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Must hold a state license in good standing.
- Knowledge of state survey processes and compliance (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
