Alphagraphics Las Vegas is seeking a Bindery Specialist to join our production finishing team. The role focuses on operating finishing machines to prepare products for delivery and ensure quality standards are met.

You will read work orders, manage multiple projects under pressure, and maintain accurate production records while collaborating with a fast-paced team to deliver high-quality printed materials.

• Read work orders to determine finishing instructions and specs.
• Operate finishing machines to finish products for delivery.
• Maintain daily production records and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications for finishing of projects.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Operate finishing machine devices, such as cutters, folders, collators/stitchers, and other production finishing machines.
• Maintain records, such as daily production records, using specified forms.
• Follow all quality control procedures as instructed by the owner or manager of the center.
• Any other essential functions/duties that are needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.
