Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating finishing equipment for print, signage, or related industries.
• Must read work orders and follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to operate finishing machines (cutters, folders, collators).
• Maintain daily production records as required.
• Follow quality control procedures.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and keep a tidy, safe work area.
