AlphaGraphics of Round Rock is seeking a Production Finishing Specialist to complete projects in the center. You will operate finishing machines to finalize printed products and prepare items for delivery or shipping.

The role requires 2+ years in finishing equipment, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask under pressure while meeting deadlines. You will keep production records, follow quality standards, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating finishing equipment in print or related industries.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good math, reading instructions, and basic computer use.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine finishing instructions and specs.
• Operate finishing machines to complete projects and prepare for delivery.
• Maintain daily production records using specified forms.
• Follow quality control procedures and owner/manager guidance.
• Support other duties to ensure high-quality customer service and output.
