Job summary

Metro Stars Gymnastics in Wisconsin is seeking a Gymnastics Coach to join our friendly, inclusive team. You will lead classes for children, tailor instruction, and develop plans that promote growth in a positive setting.

No prior gymnastics coaching experience is required as we provide training. A flexible schedule including weekday evenings and weekends will support our busy, community-focused gym.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with gymnasts and their families in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• No prior gymnastics coaching experience required; training provided.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and fun gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
• Provide personalized instruction and feedback to help gymnasts improve their skills.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that foster growth and development in our gymnasts.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring the well‑being of all gymnasts.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate training sessions and events.
• Build strong relationships with gymnasts and their families, providing exceptional customer service.
