Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Experience in clinical or outpatient PT.
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients with various conditions and injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physical therapist.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises and manual techniques, to help patients improve mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and self-care strategies.
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising physical therapist.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, following all safety and infection control protocols.
