Job summary

People Well Staffing in San Jose, CA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care focused on functional goals. You will provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises, mobility and gait training, and monitor patient progress.

The role requires CA licensure (or eligibility), BLS/CPR, and strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. A full-time, supportive rehabilitation environment offers opportunities to impact patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred; qualified clinicians at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.
