Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking a Shift Manager to support a dynamic, guest-focused location in Bellevue, WA. You will help manage team members, schedule staff, and ensure a high standard of service while coordinating with property management and guests.

The role emphasizes leadership, smooth valet operations, and timely problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in schedule and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Must possess supervisory experience.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of team members including hiring, training, coaching and counseling to meet performance standards.
• Assisting in planning and directing special event activities and coordinating with other managers.
• Responding to and resolving guest or visitor complaints, vehicle claims and service discrepancies.
• Maintaining constant communication with property management, site manager, customers, and guests.
• Keeping Site Manager informed of management concerns and resolving issues when needed in their absence.
• Directing valet operations to ensure a smoothly run operation.
• Assisting with employee schedules, timecard approval and payroll.
