Job summary

Towne Park in Sarasota, FL is hiring a Parking Enforcement Attendant to deliver friendly guest service while monitoring parking lots and enforcing rules. You will operate revenue control equipment, file detailed reports, and maintain signage and overall lot upkeep.

The role includes outdoor work with flexible FT/PT schedules and requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Benefits include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine, and a 401k

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Patrol and monitor each lot to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce lot rules by issuing citations per preapproved guidelines.
• Manage lot signage and perform maintenance as needed.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and signage; report issues.
• Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment when applicable.
• Prepare reports and filings for violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Seasonal duties including snow removal and related tasks.
