Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a part-time Variable Schedule Operations Associate for DashMart in Kansas City. You will pick up open shifts via the scheduling app, work at least one shift every two weeks, and start with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift to set you up for success.

You will handle picking and packing orders, manage inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure customer substitutions are approved.

Qualifications

• You have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• You are reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• You are detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• You have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand it off to Dashers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
