Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home care to clients in Texas. You will work directly with patients, following care plans and delivering compassionate assistance in the comfort of their homes.

You can set your own schedule, balance personal commitments, school, travel or volunteering, while building one-to-one relationships with clients and contributing to their quality of life and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan of care prepared by supervising RN and encourage client independence.
• Assist with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, medication reminders, etc.).
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks (light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, errands).
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents to the RN promptly.
