Job summary

Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home care across Ohio. You can create your own schedule—Mondays 10am-6pm—with potential to grow your caseload and build one-on-one relationships with clients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with non-skilled personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medications reminders. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSAs.

Qualifications

• TB test completed (2-step) and proof submitted to Human Resources.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience in home health care preferred; training provided.
• Strong communication and respect for diversity.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping.
• Remind about medications and follow the plan of care from RN.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety.
